Description
Responsibilities:
Technical customer support and service for national Solar & Energy customers and internal interfaces
Recording, documenting, and handling support cases in accordance with process standards, including the continuous forwarding of customer feedback
Coordinating, delivering, and documenting technical services following management approval (e.g., service assignments, trade show participation, and customer training)
Proactively sharing expertise within the national support team and across relevant departments
Creating, translating, and adapting technical documentation and training materials to meet national and regional requirements
All other duties as assigned by management (e.g. nomination for projects/desks)
Requirements:
Technical education
Additional professional qualifications obtained through continuing education or several years of professional experience
Professional experience in technical support
English language skills and/or local language at a level appropriate for the position
