Donors Affairs Manager

People Management & development:

- Establish a work environment that fosters growth and operational excellence.

- Ensure all employees are properly, timely, and efficiently trained in the relevant technical areas.

- Provide regular feedback and coaching for employees.

- Develop & retain talents, through regular meetings, goal check-ins, development plans, etc.

- Administer regular check-ins and year-end performance review & development plans, etc.

- Support and conduct teams' trainings.

- Managing poor performance effectively and timely.

- Monitor Donors Affairs team performance across donor centers and drive continuous

improvement in processes related to donor acquisition, engagement, and service delivery.

Operational Responsibilities:

- Drive the achievement of the strategic objective of establishing a stable national base of regular

donors, through monitoring and delivering pre-defined KPIs for each donor center.

- Ensure that all donation centers achieve their approved plasma collection targets and budget

commitments in alignment with operational and business plans.

- Support and ensure the effective implementation of GEPD's strategic vision for donor services,

including the delivery of a strong and consistent donor value proposition.

Coordinate and harmonize workflows among all stakeholders involved in donor services,
including donation center teams, call center, external service providers, and plasma marketing,
to ensure seamless donor journey and operational efficiency.
- Maintain efficient donor recruitment and retention cycles through the execution and continuous
optimization of strategic initiatives, campaigns, and tactical action plans.
- Develop and utilize data analytics and performance insights to track donor conversion rates,
donor retention trends, and overall donor base development at both national and center levels.
- Lead and oversee the implementation of donor recruitment marketing activities across all
donation centers in line with approved strategies and budgets.
- Identify and mitigate operational and reputational risks that may impact donor center
performance, donor satisfaction, or the overall image of GEPD.
- Ensure the preparation and delivery of high-quality analytical reports and executive
presentations related to field operations budget performance and donor affairs outcomes.
Quality & Compliance:
- Ensure that the donor affairs team operate with high compliance level to company's policies,
procedures and regulations.
- Manage audits performed for the related functions and help to resolve any related issues.
