Apply for our IT Audit co-op role for the Jan – Jul 2027 term for a chance to be part of the team in Fidelity that is responsible for executing complex technology audits in support of various Fidelity businesses. Our audits cover a broad range of technology areas including cloud, DevOps, cybersecurity, AI, application security and data governance.
The Expertise We’re Looking For
Working towards a cyber security, information security or IT risk/ assurance Bachelors (rising seniors) or Masters degree
GPA of 3.0 or higher (overall and in major)
Bright, innovative, energetic, and eager to learn
Strong problem solving and analytical skills while having a positive attitude and being goal driven
Demonstrable leadership experience in school, extracurricular activities, and/or work settings
Team player who takes initiative and works constructively with others to achieve team goals
Ability to work on multiple tasks and manage priorities and workload
Strong presentation, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Knowledge in two or more of the following areas is preferred:
Network and systems security
Programming/Scripting Language (Python, PowerShell, Perl, SQL, Java)
Application security and DevOps
Cloud computing (AWS, Azure)
Containerization and virtualization
Databases (Oracle, DB2, SQL Server)
Web services/ APIs (.Net, HTML, XML, JSON)

The IT Audit Co-op works on an audit team evaluating technology risks and controls, helping to execute complex audit reviews, communicating issues and findings to management, devising solutions for business improvements, and following up on corrective actions.
