Required Experience:
- 4 years of experience in direct work with severe challenging behaviors OR Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field + 2yrs of experience
- Crisis intervention certification
- Physical intervention experience
- Strong documentation abilities
- Valid driver's license and clean record
