Description
Does it excite you to help keep a busy clinical drug development organization running smoothly, and do you have a flair for structure and administrative coordination? If this sounds like you, and you are ready to take on a broad area of responsibilities, then you could be our new colleague.
Your new position
As a student assistant in our Medical & Science organization, you will provide administrative support that keeps a leadership team moving. This is a varied, hands-on role where attention to detail and a proactive mindset make a real difference. You will work alongside experienced clinical development professionals and gain insight into how a leading biotech advances medicines from science to patients.
We offer exciting responsibilities:
- Coordinating calendars, scheduling meetings, and managing logistics across the team and with internal and external stakeholders
- Currently enrolled in a relevant bachelor’s or master’s program within business, administration, communications, or a related field
- Booking and coordinating travel arrangements for the leadership team
- Handling expense reporting and related administrative follow-up
- Preparing, formatting, and maintaining documents, presentations, and templates
- Maintaining trackers, overviews, and shared files to keep information accurate and accessible
- Supporting team events, workshops, and onboarding, alongside ad hoc administrative tasks
Your profile
You are structured, with a natural eye for detail and a drive to take ownership of your tasks. You bring a positive, can-do energy to your work, enjoy creating order, and stay curious about how things fit together. You thrive in a collaborative and fun environment where no two days look quite the same.
- Currently enrolled in a relevant bachelor’s or master’s program within business or science
- Structured methodical approach to work
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Proactive and able to manage multiple tasks while keeping deadlines
- Collaborative and service-minded
- Fluent in written and spoken English (Danish is not required)
Your new team
You will join our Medical & Science organization and provide purely administrative support to the broader Medical & Science leadership team. The organization spans the clinical and scientific functions central to advancing Zealand Pharma’s pipeline, but this role does not involve scientific or clinical work. You will play a key role in keeping the leadership team organized and effective, with no expectation of contributing to the science side.
Let’s bond and be bold
We have a unique culture, characterized by excellent teamwork and strong engagement across the organization. And we want you to help us strengthen this culture.

We bond through curiosity and playfulness as a team, allowing ourselves to challenge common thinking and drive future innovation. Join us and let’s bond and be bold.
Interested in bonding with us? Then please apply no later than 16 August, 2026, or as soon as possible. The applications will be reviewed as they come in. While a cover letter is not required, please include a few sentences in your CV explaining your motivation for applying.
