What You'll Do
- Lead day-to-day operations of a high-volume roof and floor truss manufacturing facility
- Coach, develop, and hold the manufacturing team accountable for performance
- Drive production, efficiency, quality, safety, and profitability
- Manage inventory, lumber purchasing, scheduling, and overall plant resources
- Build a culture centered around safety, accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence
- Current Plant Manager/Operations leadership experience within a truss manufacturing plant
- Experience operating at 30,000+ board feet per day
- Proven track record of improving production, efficiency, and profitability
- Experience in inventory management and lumber purchasing
- Ability to lead in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment
