Job Summary:The Employee Residence Coordinator supports a safe, clean, and well-managed employee housing experience by coordinating unit assignments, move-ins and move-outs, inspections, turnovers, supplies, and resident communications. This role serves as a key point of contact for housing-related needs, partners closely with Human Resources and Facilities to resolve issues and helps promote a respectful residential environment that supports employee onboarding, retention, and daily living standards.
The Details:Position Type: Full-Time, Year-RoundPay: $16.80 - $17.20 per hour
Start: September 2026 Schedule: Typical schedule is 40 hours, 5 days per week (may include weekends, evenings, and holidays)

Responsibilities
- Coordinate employee housing move-ins, move-outs, and unit assignments to support timely onboarding and departures while maintaining accurate records and key control.
- Inspect vacant units and common areas to verify cleanliness, safety, and readiness standards; document findings and follow up on corrective actions.
- Coordinate unit turnovers, cleaning schedules, and checklists; provide direction and support to Employee Residence Attendants to ensure consistent routines and quality.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for housing-related questions and concerns; respond promptly and professionally while reinforcing housing rules and expectations.
- Identify, report, and track maintenance needs; partner with Facilities/Engineering to prioritize repairs and confirm completion in a timely manner.
- Maintain inventory of housing and cleaning supplies; order and store materials appropriately to support uninterrupted operations.
- Support resident communications, postings, and housing notices; remove outdated materials and ensure required information is displayed.
- Promote a respectful living environment through routine resident interactions and inspections; escalate concerns, incidents, and policy violations to Human Resources in accordance with procedures.
- Coordinate seasonal housing capacity planning with HR and operations to align unit readiness with hiring and peak arrival periods.
- Support transportation and supply runs between housing and nearby services as needed, consistent with site procedures and scheduling.
- Partner with site leadership on housing orientation touchpoints (rules reminders, community standards) to support a positive resident culture.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in employee housing, facilities coordination, housekeeping supervision, HR support, or a related administrative/customer service role.
- Valid driver’s license
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn property/HR systems and complete accurate data entry.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive employee and housing matters.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and available to work weekends/holidays and varied shifts as business needs require.
- Prior experience leading or scheduling hourly staff (e.g., attendants/housekeeping) preferred.
- Bilingual communication skills preferred.
- Experience with HRIS, work order, or incident tracking systems; CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.
Physical Requirements include:
Frequently: Stand, walk, sit, reach out/above shoulders, kneel, crawl, lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
