We are looking for a detail-oriented Turkish and English Speaking Trust & Safety Specialist to join our team in Sofia, supporting a major global mobile gaming account. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining a secure, positive, and enjoyable environment for millions of players worldwide by moderating content and enforcing community standards.
This is an on-site position located in our modern office in Sofia, Bulgaria, working within a vibrant, supportive, and international team.

Requirements

• Language Skills: Fluent command of both Turkish and English (written and spoken).
  
• Legal Status: Must be an EU citizen or hold a valid, unrestricted work permit for Bulgaria.
  
• Please note: Relocation support is not provided for this specific role; candidates must already be based in or willing to relocate to Sofia independently.
  
• Gamer Mindset: Genuine interest in video games, online gaming communities, digital platforms, and pop culture trends.
  
• Skills & Attributes: High attention to detail, strong analytical skills, objective decision-making, and comfort using digital tools (experience with Google Workspace is an advantage).
  
• Resilience: Ability to remain professional and composed when reviewing sensitive, policy-violating, or emotionally challenging content.
  

Responsibilities

• Review, moderate, and manage user-generated content and moderation queues according to established safety guidelines.
  
• Respond promptly to player safety concerns, taking consistent and appropriate action to uphold platform policies.
  
• Identify and report emerging safety trends, risks, behavior patterns, and policy edge cases.
  
• Collaborate closely with senior Trust & Safety team members and escalate complex or sensitive cases when required.
  
• Help cultivate a positive, inclusive, and safe digital space for global mobile gaming players.
