Algomarketing is preparing for upcoming Regional Field Marketing Manager opportunities with a fast-growing global AI company, and we are starting to build a talent pool of strong field marketing professionals in France.

As a Regional Field Marketing Manager, you would take ownership of local field marketing activity across France. This is a hands-on role focused on delivering events, executive activations, account-based marketing activity and local market growth initiatives.
You would work closely with sales teams, growth marketers and regional leaders to help build brand presence and engage strategic enterprise accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver regional events from start to finish, including industry events, executive roundtables, VIP dinners and market launches.
- Work closely with Sales, Growth Marketing and regional leadership to support key enterprise accounts.
- Deliver local account-based marketing activities for selected strategic customers and prospects.
- Support market growth and brand awareness across France.
- Source and manage venues, agencies, production partners and local suppliers.
- Manage budgets, timelines and event logistics.
- Adapt global marketing playbooks for the French market.
- Coordinate senior stakeholders, sales teams, customers, prospects and external partners.
- Track event performance and marketing impact.
- Travel within the region when needed.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Around 3–6 years of experience in B2B field marketing, event marketing, regional marketing or a similar role.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, technology or a high-growth start-up or scale-up is strongly preferred.
- Strong hands-on experience delivering business events independently.
- Experience working closely with sales teams and enterprise or strategic accounts.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including working with senior leaders and executive-level customers or prospects.
- Comfortable managing several projects at once and working in a fast-moving environment.
- Experience managing agencies, venues, suppliers and event budgets.
- Comfortable using data and reporting to understand marketing performance.
- Fluent or native-level French.
- Business-level English.
- Strong understanding of the French B2B technology ecosystem.
