Job Description Summary

‎ 

We are seeking a compassionate, patient-focused Registered Nurse to provide high-quality, evidence-based nursing care in a dynamic clinical environment. The RN will play a key role in assessing patient needs, developing care plans, administering medications and treatments, coordinating diagnostic services, educating patients and families, and ensuring accurate clinical documentation.

How will you make an impact & Requirements

• Assess patient needs, collect clinical information, and document findings accurately in the medical record.
• Administer medications, treatments, immunizations, and other nursing interventions within scope of practice and applicable protocols.
• Support providers during exams, procedures, diagnostic testing, and follow-up care activities.
• Develop and carry out nursing care plans in collaboration with providers and interdisciplinary care team members.
• Monitor patient status, identify changes in condition, and escalate concerns to appropriate clinical staff.
• Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, preventive care, and follow-up instructions.
• Maintain compliance with clinical policies, infection control standards, safety practices, and documentation requirements.

• Typically requires 2-4 years of nursing experience.
• Active Registered Nurse license in the applicable state required.
• Working knowledge of nursing assessment, medication administration, care planning, patient education, and clinical documentation.
• Experience using electronic medical records and clinical documentation systems.
• Basic Life Support certification required where applicable.

Compensation Range:

$81,491.00

to

$122,238.00

 

The anticipated base salary range represents the Company's good-faith estimate of the compensation it reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, qualifications, geographic location, internal equity, and business needs.
