Description
Key Responsibilities
- Daily/weekly/monthly retail performance reporting: sales, traffic, conversion, ATV, UPT, AUR, labor productivity
- Independently diagnose performance drivers and proactively recommend corrective action to leadership
- Own data integrity across SAP/POS systems end-to-end, including resolving root-cause issues
- Consolidate and report market share data and insights
- Build and maintain dashboards (Power BI, Excel)
- Store segmentation and productivity analysis
- Lead feasibility and investment analysis for new store decisions (PER package development), presenting recommendations directly to leadership
- Partner directly with leadership on business review narrative and strategic framing
- Channel-specific KPI and promotion performance reporting
- Support Annual Finance Plan — sales forecast and budget input
- Acts as the analytical thought partner to the Retail Ops/Sales Lead — expected to challenge assumptions and shape decisions
- Ad hoc analysis on request from leadership
