Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of clinical studies from site initiation through study close-out.
Drive study execution, tracking progress, timelines, risks and mitigation plans across assigned countries.
Partner with global and local teams to achieve recruitment, quality and data delivery goals.
Chair study team meetings and act as the primary operational contact for assigned studies.
Monitor study performance and resolve operational challenges to maintain delivery against commitments.
Champion compliance, patient safety and quality standards throughout the clinical trial lifecycle.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and inspection readiness activities across the study portfolio.
Essential Requirements
Degree in a scientific, healthcare or related discipline.
Experience leading clinical studies or complex clinical research projects.
Strong understanding of the clinical drug development process and study execution activities.
Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams within a matrix environment.
Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice, ethical requirements and clinical research regulations.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
