The Mastercard Launch program is aimed at early career talent, to help you develop skills and gain cross-functional work experience. Over a period of 18 months, Launch participants will be assigned to a business unit, learn and develop skills, and gain valuable on the job experience. 

Overview 
Mastercard’s Associate Account Management roles are being recruited into our Digital Partnerships & Enables (DP&E), Financial Institutions (FI) & Retail & Commerce (R&C) Teams.
The DP&E team works with Mastercard’s fintech partners (including end-user FinTech’s and ecosystem enablers) and global digital merchant partners to create innovative solutions and drive growth.
The FI team works with Mastercard’s financial institutions partners across debit, credit, prepaid issuing, acquiring, new payment flows and payments technologies to identify new business opportunities and drive growth.
The R&C team works with Mastercard’s retail partners across key verticals, such as grocery, insurance, and fashion to drive growth.

In this ROLE you will:
• Influence account strategies using analytical problem solving and leveraging data tools to provide market data and customer specific recommendations.
• Understand our and the customers’ strategic agenda, operational set up and capabilities, and identify opportunities to deliver against these objectives within the technical framework.
• Provides support to communicate innovations, technology and Mastercard product to customers.
• Work directly with the customer on all day-to-day issues, ensuring they receive the highest standard of service. This will include dealing with escalations, providing management reporting, preparing presentations for senior leadership etc.
• Develop strong internal relationships and partner with multiple internal functions, including Product, Digital, Finance, Marketing, Customer Delivery and Gateway teams.
• Undertake analysis, research, and business planning, reporting trends and competitor intelligence to stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships with the customer at all levels.
• Participate in the sales pipeline management process.
• Manage tracking of contractual agreements and deliverables as required.
• Support the team on various strategic initiatives.

All About You 
• Bachelors/Masters students graduating between Dec 2026 - July 2027
• Able to commit to start date of 19 July 2027 (Note: designated start date cannot be negotiated).
• Must possess relevant full working rights and do not require visa sponsorship now or in the future
• Strong English communications skills, analytical and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• The ideal candidate for this position should continually look at the market and competition to see what is happening with the ability to speak to current market trends and innovation.
• Ability to present complex information and recommendations in an easily understood and impactful way.
• Experience in payments is an advantage but not a requirement.
