Here, you will work alongside a passionate and dedicated team, receive endless support and appreciation, and build a rewarding career with one of the most respected healthcare organizations in the world.

The future Trauma Intensive Care Unit is a new 14-bed ICU that will provide comprehensive post-resuscitation critical care for patients with complex traumatic injuries. Patients will transition to this unit after initial stabilization in the Emergency Department or Operating Room and receive specialized intensive care throughout their recovery. As a New Graduate RN, you will have the opportunity to begin your nursing career in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment while building a strong foundation in critical care. Caring for a diverse and complex trauma population will allow you to strengthen your clinical assessment, judgment, prioritization, and critical-thinking skills. You will work closely with experienced nurses and a multidisciplinary team, gaining valuable knowledge and hands-on experience while providing exceptional care to critically ill patients. This role offers a unique opportunity to grow with the unit, build strong relationships with your team, and contribute to a positive work environment. This unit will help you to develop your skills, gain valuable critical care experience, and help build a strong foundation for the future of the trauma program while providing growth and development opportunities in your nursing career.

  • Seek supervision, consultation and assistance when unable to perform safely and independently.
