Summer 2027 Corporate Intern: Global Tax

Position Summary...

What you'll do...

THE TEAM:
Join a cutting-edge team engaged in highly technical tax issues. Walmart is on the forefront of tax reform updates and experiences a wide range of complex adjustments that will be sure to enhance your experience and provide in depth development.

THE POSITION:
Experience a wholistic view of the one of the world's largest tax departments. You will work on challenging and innovative, strategically relevant projects that provide exposure to US Federal and state income tax, global income tax reporting (provision), indirect taxes (sales and use, property), and more. Through on-the-job experience, you will gain broad tax knowledge while working in a dynamic team environment. You will participate in broader Walmart Finance events, including meetings with Walmart executive leaders across the organization, as well as social events with other summer associates and tax department associates.

The following describes you...

• Currently pursuing a Masters of Accountacy (3.0 GPA or higher preferred).
• Graduating in December 2027 or May 2028.
• Excited about joining us onsite at Walmart HQ in Bentonville AR.

Office Environment: Corporate, in-person internship
U.S. Hub Locations: Bentonville, AR All internships are paid, with housing and relocation benefits provided.

The hourly wage range for this position is $21.00 - $40.00* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
