## The impact you’ll make

As a General Affairs Generalist, Employee Services & Site Operations, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional workplace experience by supporting employee services, site office operations, and corporate events across multiple locations.

You will serve as a trusted partner to employees, business leaders, and service providers by ensuring smooth operation of workplace programs, employee amenities, transportation services, and company events. Through proactive service management and continuous improvement initiatives, you will help create a productive, engaging, and employee-focused workplace environment

## What you’ll do

### Employee Services & Workplace Operations

  • Manage employee service programs, workplace initiatives, and general affairs activities to enhance employee experience.
  • Support employee inquiries, VOE communications, welfare programs, and workplace improvement initiatives.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of site offices and employee support facilities, including workplace amenities and shared spaces.
  • Conduct regular site visits to maintain consistent workplace standards and service quality.

Event & Workshop Management

  • Plan and coordinate company workshops, leadership meetings, employee engagement programs, and corporate events.
  • Source and manage hotels, resorts, conference venues, and event vendors.
  • Coordinate event logistics including transportation, accommodation, catering, and on-site support.
  • Manage event budgets, quotations, contracts, and service quality.

### Vendor, Contract & Transportation Management

  • Manage workplace service vendors, outsourced partners, and transportation service providers.
  • Support supplier selection, contract administration, renewals, and performance reviews.
  • Manage shuttle bus and employee transportation programs to ensure operational efficiency and employee convenience.
  • Drive cost optimization while maintaining high-quality services.

### Communication, Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Develop employee communications, announcements, and operational updates.
  • Prepare management reports, presentations, KPI tracking, and budget reviews.
  • Analyze employee feedback and operational performance to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Support cross-functional projects and drive workplace service excellence initiatives

## Who we’re looking for

  • 5+ years of experience in General Affairs, Workplace Services, Employee Services, Corporate Administration, Event Management, or related functions
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Communications, Management, or a related field
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with regional and global stakeholders

## Preferred qualifications

  • Experience organizing corporate events, leadership meetings, workshops, town halls, or employee engagement programs
  • Experience coordinating hotels, resorts, conference facilities, or hospitality-related services
  • Experience working with multinational organizations and global stakeholders
  • Experience supporting multi-site office operations
  • Knowledge of procurement, contract administration, budgeting, and vendor management processes
  • Experience with SAP, Ariba, Concur, or other enterprise systems
  • Experience developing executive presentations and management reports
  • Service-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail and customer focus

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
