Location: Chonburi/Rayong, Thailand

Position Summary: Provide general maintenance support across multiple trades including minor repairs, facilities upkeep, grounds maintenance, and support to specialized technical teams to ensure overall facility functionality and appearance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general building maintenance and minor repairs
• Support mechanical and electrical teams with routine tasks
• Maintain facility infrastructure including doors, walls, floors, and ceilings
• Conduct painting, carpentry, and minor construction work
• Assist with equipment moves and installations
• Maintain grounds and external areas
• Perform basic plumbing repairs and maintenance
• Support facility improvement projects
• Maintain tools and workshop areas
• Respond to routine maintenance requests from operations team

Qualifications:

• Vocational certificate or equivalent technical training
• 2+ years of general maintenance experience
• Multi-skilled with basic knowledge across various trades
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely
• Good practical problem-solving skills
• Physical fitness for manual labor activities
• Understanding of workplace safety practices
• Team player with positive attitude
• Thai language proficiency required
• Basic English communication skills advantageous
