Truckload Administration — Little Rock, AR (Onsite)

As part of our Truckload Administration team, you'll be at the heart of what keeps freight moving. You'll vet and set up the carriers that haul our customers' loads, working fast, juggling priorities, and making sure every detail is right.
What you'll do:
- Accurately communicate both in writing and verbally
- Knack for adapting to constant changes in work environment, work assignments and/or changes in priorities
- Efficiently able to multi task and prioritize
- Efficient in Outlook & Excel
- Utilize tools and TMS system to vet and enter carriers in carrier management system; carrier setups in TMS
Key Requirements:
- Must be able to work in a fast paced multi task environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy is a must
- Previous Customer Service experience preferred
- Skilled in both verbal and written communication
- Strong computer skills are a must
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Has talent to exercise good judgment with the ability to prioritize projects
- Knack for adapting to constant changes in work environment, work assignments, and/or changes in priorities
- Education: High School education at a minimum and College degree or equivalent work experience preferred
Compensation:
- $18.00 per hour, plus monthly bonuses

Physical Requirements:
Job functions require long periods of sitting and working from computer workstation; ability to multi-task, problem solve, and prioritize daily workload; excellent organization and record keeping skills; comfortable with oral and written communications, primarily on the telephone and email. Requires extended periods of sitting, normal walking, bending, twisting, and stretching. Capability of sight and hearing required. Ability to deal with stressful situations and occasionally working extended hours. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
