Description
LOCATION: Full-time onsite in Chantilly, VA
Ardent Principles is seeking a Software Quality Assurance Specialist/Applications Tester who can elevate quality across modern, cloud‑driven systems. In this role, you’ll design and build automation frameworks, write and execute robust test scripts, and drive both automated and manual testing across functional, regression, and integration workflows. You’ll work hands‑on with Selenium, Cypress, and other automation tools while contributing to applications built with AWS, Kubernetes, Java, SpringBoot, and Angular.

Key Responsibilities and Experience needed
- Proficiency in automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, etc.
- Strong experience in software testing, including writing and executing test automation scripts.
- Ability to build test automation frameworks.
- Working with AWS, Kubernetes, Java, SpringBoot, and Angular.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with JIRA and agile development practices.
- Ability to prepare test cases, test scripts, and test data.
- Experience with manual functional, regression, and integration testing.
- Knowledge of accessibility testing standards and practices.
- B.S. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Computer Systems Engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
