As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of architectural best practices to ensure robust and maintainable software solutions.
- Mentor and support team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align project deliverables with strategic business priorities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microservices and Light Weight Architecture.
- Experience designing scalable and resilient distributed systems using microservices principles.
- Strong knowledge of API design, service orchestration, and containerization technologies.
- Ability to implement performance optimization techniques and ensure high availability of services.
- Familiarity with cloud-native development and deployment practices.
- Expertise in troubleshooting complex system issues and providing effective technical solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Microservices and Light Weight Architecture.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
