Senior Accountant

To support the continued growth of our Finance department, we are looking for an Internal Accountant to join our headquarters in Zaventem. This is a hybrid position requiring physical presence one day per week.

What will you be doing?

As an accountant you will be responsible for :

• Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports
• Record financial transactions and maintain accurate records
• Assist with monthly and year-end close processes
• Perform reconciliations of bank accounts and general ledger accounts
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
• Communicate with other departments to gather financial data
• Assist with audits and regulatory reporting
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and standards
• Other duties as assigned

What do you bring to the table?

• You have a Bachelor/ Master's degree with a financial orientation;
• You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar function
• You have a strong command of French & English. Dutch is an asset.
• Excel has no secrets for you;
• You have an affinity with Business Central and Power BI;
• You work rigorously and fine-tune your tasks down to the smallest detail;
• You have excellent organizational and communication skills.
• You have no problem juggling several deadlines or dealing with several files on the same day.
