Role summary:
The Senior Manager, Operations leads the execution of complex projects and programs by managing timelines, resources, and performance standards to ensure successful implementations. This role provides data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to enhance business efficiency and operational effectiveness. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the position drives continuous improvement initiatives, develops innovative solutions, and oversees budget management. The Senior Manager also fosters team development through coaching and performance management while upholding company policies and ethical standards to support organizational goals and deliver exceptional results.
About the team:
Our team designs and optimizes the end-to-end backroom curbside fulfillment process, streamlining workflows to enhance efficiency and execution. We focus on driving productivity, reducing labor and wait times, and minimizing defects to improve order accuracy and gross merchandise value. By leveraging scalable process improvements and technology solutions, the team supports cost savings and elevates the customer experience. Collaborating across functions, we analyze data and implement innovative strategies to meet business goals while continuously enhancing operational performance and enabling associates to deliver results effectively and efficiently.
What you'll do:

• Direct and manage project work streams, ensuring timely execution and successful implementation of operational initiatives.
• Analyze data and business trends to provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and improve processes that enhance business efficiency and reduce costs.
• Oversee budget management, approve expenditures, and develop contingency plans to address escalated issues.
• Lead the development of operational tools and reporting mechanisms to support business objectives.
• Mentor and develop team members, establishing performance expectations and fostering a high-performing work environment.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities and implementing innovative solutions aligned with company goals.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
