Partner with the best
As a Manufacturing Engineering professional at Baker Hughes, you will support the development, improvement, and execution of manufacturing processes for high-tech turbomachinery components. You will work with cross-functional teams to improve productivity, quality, safety, and operational performance, contributing to the introduction of new products, processes, and technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the development, optimization, and standardization of manufacturing processes to improve quality, productivity, cost, and cycle times.
Collaborate with engineering, production, quality, and operational teams to ensure robust, efficient, and repeatable manufacturing solutions.
Contribute to the introduction of new products, processes, equipment, and technologies within the manufacturing environment (Production Cycles, CAD/CAM).
Analyze process performance, production feedback, and technical data to identify improvement opportunities and support decision-making.
Prepare, maintain, and update technical documentation, standards, work instructions, and process-related information.
Provide technical support to production teams to troubleshoot issues, reduce downtime, and ensure product quality.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and promote best practices across manufacturing activities.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company requirements.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role ideally you should have:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent proven experience.
Experience in manufacturing, production engineering, machining, or technical process support within an industrial environment.
Good technical understanding of manufacturing processes, process optimization, and industrial operations.
Knowledge of CAD/CAM systems, CNC machining, automation, robotics, or digital manufacturing tools is considered a plus.
Problem-solving mindset, analytical approach, and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage priorities, work independently, and support multiple technical activities.
Fluent in English and Italian.

The initial pay range for this position will be EUR 38,605 To 59,000.
he provisions of Contratto Collettivo Industria Metalmeccanica e della installazione di impianti will be applied to this position. Section VI – Titolo IV of that collective bargaining agreement relates to pay.
