What You’ll Be Doing:

• Be the voice of A Plus—support customers by phone, email, and chat, creating exceptional service experiences that make a lasting impression.

• Deliver top-notch service with empathy, professionalism, and a positive attitude.

• Handle a high volume of calls with confidence and efficiency.

• Communicate across multiple channels to resolve issues and provide timely updates.

• Research solutions and respond to customer needs with helpful, accurate information.

• Keep detailed and organized records of customer interactions.

• Spot opportunities to recommend services that add value for our customers.

• Work closely with technicians and office staff to ensure a smooth service process.

• Learn our products and services so you can be the go-to resource for customers.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year in a customer service role (home services or tech industry experience is a plus)

• Excellent communication and active listening skills

• Highly organized with strong time management and multitasking abilities

• Friendly, adaptable, and calm under pressure

• Familiarity with ServiceTitan is a bonus (but we’ll train the right person!)

• A team player who’s excited about growth and contributing to success

• High school diploma or equivalent
