Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of service, quality, and cleanliness

- Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to foster a motivated and efficient team

- Monitor inventory levels and control costs to maximize profitability

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations

- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction

- Implement marketing strategies and promotional activities to attract new guests and retain existing ones

- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and quality food delivery

- Maintain accurate financial records, including cash handling, billing, and payroll

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar hospitality leadership role

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Knowledge of restaurant operations, health and safety regulations, and food service standards

- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality or management certifications are a plus
