Position Summary
The Inventory & Logistics Coordinator is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, processing customer orders, coordinating shipping and activities, and ensuring products are distributed accurately and efficiently throughout the organization. This position plays a key role in inventory control, order fulfillment, and warehouse operations while supporting high standards of accuracy, organization, and customer service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform physical inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Coordinate, pick, pack, and prepare products for customer orders and internal transfers in a timely manner.
- Create and process shipping documents, including bills of lading, packing slips, shipping labels, and other required documentation.
- Coordinate shipments with internal carriers and monitor delivery status as needed.
- Verify received quantities and inspect shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Maintain accurate electronic inventory and transaction records.
- Work with internal departments to prioritize order fulfillment and inventory needs.
- Maintain organized warehouse and storage areas.
- Follow company safety procedures and good housekeeping practices.
- Assist with process improvements to increase inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in inventory control, shipping and receiving, warehouse operations, or logistics preferred.
- Proficiency with computer systems and inventory management software.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment as required and authorized.
