MISSIONS UNDER THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE ENGINEERING OFFICE MANAGER/AGENCY DIRECTOR: • Participate in business transfer and business project launch meetings. • Analyze the sold project (special technical specifications, specifications, etc.). • Validate the operation’s technical feasibility. • Participate in the preparation of technical offers. • Establish and monitor the workload schedule • Estimate the number of study hours and resources needed and the associated cost. • Produce or request the production of design briefs, assessments and sizing calculations of the structures. • Produce or request the production of plans, diagrams and synoptic drawings. • Optimize the project from a technical point of view and look for technical variants. • Update the plans as and when necessary and at the end of the works (after checking the as-built drawings). • Monitor document distributions and signed document returns. • Ensure that the documents are forwarded to the various internal contacts (business manager, building site managers, etc.) and external contacts (supervising office, client, etc.). • Check and approve the working drawings and design briefs. • Provide an expert appraisal and technical diagnosis. • Ensure technological and regulatory intelligence. • Manage documentation. • Take part in progress and coordination meetings. • Coordinate studies with the project’s other stakeholders. • Prepare and participate in functional tests. • Manage the team JOB REQUIREMENTS REQUIRED LEVEL OF EDUCATION: 2-5 years’ higher education or a vocational diploma with prior experience REQUIRED PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: Minimum 5-8 years JOB ENVIRONMENT INTERNAL All employees within your scope – Business Manager, Building site managers EXTERNAL Suppliers – Supervising office – Program Management

De formation bac +2/Bac+3. Vous bénéficiez d'une première expérience en études techniques de travaux électriques / d’éclairage public.
Vous avez le sens de l’écoute et du relationnel et une certaine autonomie sur votre poste.
