KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES
Manage employee test tire programs for both 2-Wheeler (2R) and 4-Wheeler (4W) categories.
Administer company vehicle and fleet card operations, including: Support for bidding processes/Daily vehicle and fleet requests/Coordination of vehicle maintenance and repair services/Traffic violation fine notification and payment follow-up with employees/Processing payments to suppliers for vehicle rental, maintenance, and related expenses
Coordinate transportation bookings and manage transportation service payments.
Oversee driver transportation services, including Michelin driver operations.
Support employee engagement and workplace initiatives, including: Bangkok Clubs activities/Building and facility support/Mental health and well-being programs/Company events and corporate activities
Develop and maintain GA (General Affairs) automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps to improve operational efficiency
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Required:
Obtained a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 2 years experience in General Affairs, Administration, Fleet Management, or Workplace Services.
Experience in company vehicle administration, transportation services, and vendor management
Knowledge of procurement and bidding processes
Experience coordinating employee activities, workplace programs, and corporate events
Experience in Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps for workflow automation
Strong Microsoft Excel skills and power BI
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
Fluent in Thai and Business Proficiency in English
Preferred:
Experience in a regional or multinational environment
Familiarity with process improvement methodologies
