Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Reports to: Guest Services ManagerPrimary Purpose: Operate Players' Lounge Service Desk
Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service.
- Sell betting carrels and manage seating map of Players' Lounge
- Handle and resofve any customer needs or probfems in Players' Lounge
- Administer basic procedures for Park Rewards program
- Turn televisions on and off; adjust channels as necessary
- Sell programs and other racing related periodicals when required
- Neatly and accurately complete inventory and till sheets.
- Have a thorough knowledge and understanding of Park services, promotions and events.
- Assist other department personnel as directed.
- Keep work area clean and neat, Display products as directed.
- Attend meetings and training sessions as scheduled.

Education/Certification: High school diploma preferred.
Work Experience:
- Training will be provided by department manager.
- Must possess good verbal communication skilfs with solid customer service orientation.
- Cash handling and accurate math skills required.
- Must be adaptable to a variety of specialized computer software applications.
- Must be able to read, write and speak English language.
