Job Description
In brief, you will be responsible for:
Executes Short, medium & long-term replenishment strategies for assigned materials while optimizing the
balance between supply availability and inventory investment.
Works cross functionally with Marketing, Procurement, R&D, Suppliers, Quality and Finance teams on
commercializing Material change management initiatives, ensuring material availability
Supports inventory reduction initiatives entailing optimization of SAP MRP parameters, total supply chain
process improvement, and application of lean principles.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply planning, Manufacturing, and Procurement teams to align supply
chain activities.
Analyze and optimize MRP processes, identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
Determines supplier capacity constraints and executes appropriate contingency plans to maintain supply when
capacity is exceeded
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business or related field
2+ Years Supply Chain/Materials Planning experience preferably within FMCG
Strong knowledge of S&OP, Supply and Material Planning principles
Proficiency in Supply Chain & Supply Chain Planning software & tools preferred (OMP, Kinaxis, and SAP APO)
Proven track record to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence
