## Role Purpose

The Digital Channels Product Owner Lead is accountable for leading the delivery and continuous enhancement of digital channels by owning the end-to-end product lifecycle. The role ensures business objectives are translated into high-quality digital experiences while driving governance, delivery excellence, and cross-functional alignment.

## Job Profile

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of the digital channel app revamp, owning the design, prioritization, and implementation of customer journeys to deliver a seamless user experience.
• Serve as the single point of accountability for product delivery, balancing competing business, technology, and operational priorities, resolving conflicts, and escalating risks or decisions when required.
• Ensure adherence to the Digital Lifecycle Standards (DLS), enforcing governance, design principles, and delivery processes throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Hold sign-off authority for product deliverables within the agreed scope, ensuring solutions meet defined business requirements, quality standards, compliance obligations, and customer experience expectations before release.

## Competencies and Qualifications

• 5-8 years in digital product/UX.
• Proven track record of managing large scale app.
• Strong internal and external stakeholder management
