Role summary:The (USA) Store Manager - Supercenter leads facility operations by developing and executing strategic plans aligned with company goals. This role oversees merchandising, financial performance, and compliance while fostering a high-performing team through recruitment, training, and development. The manager ensures exceptional customer service, drives sales growth, and maintains operational excellence in a dynamic environment. Serving as a community representative, the position promotes company initiatives and partnerships. Strong leadership, analytical skills, and the ability to navigate complex challenges are essential to achieving business objectives and sustaining a positive workplace culture.

The team leads all store operations by executing a strategic vision aligned with company goals to enhance sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction. It oversees recruitment, training, coaching, and performance management for salaried and hourly associates. The team promotes integrity, accountability, and open communication while ensuring compliance with policies and safety standards. It manages financial performance through budgeting and business trend analysis. Additionally, the team builds community relationships and supports local involvement, driving sustainable business results and long-term success through continuous improvement and talent development.
What you'll do:
- Develop and communicate a strategic vision aligned with company and local market plans to guide store operations and merchandising.
- Lead, mentor, and develop management and hourly associates, addressing recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and succession planning.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and asset protection while managing operational reviews and corrective action plans.
- Drive financial performance by achieving sales and profit goals, controlling expenses, and analyzing economic trends for budgeting and forecasting.
- Foster a customer-focused environment by modeling service standards and resolving issues within company guidelines.
- Represent the store in community outreach, media interactions, and corporate initiatives to enhance local engagement.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $170,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
- Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)
- Complex Structure (based on external factors that create challenges)

Bachelor's Degree and 2 years general management experience, including financial accountability and 4 years’ experience supervising at least 50nonexempt and at least 5 exempt associates/employees, including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and termination; OR 4 years
