High school diploma or GED equivalent. Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. Program development/planning and experience in a hospital setting preferred.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Assists with course/program development, implementation and oversight.
Assists clients by providing information and/or resources.
Collects, reviews, and compiles data, statistics and materials relevant to quality and performance improvement reports and projects.
Prepares and edits written materials to ensure a quality output.
Performs financial duties for department.
Ensures the quality of professional services by updating knowledge, skills and continuing professional growth.
