Diligent is seeking an experienced Advisory & Consulting Manager to join our growing Professional Services team, driving successful SaaS implementation delivery, client onboarding, and consulting engagements that deliver measurable value for our customers.
In this role, you will lead customer adoption and implementation projects for Diligent’s Governance, Risk and Compliance solutions, with a strong focus on driving successful delivery, maintaining operational consistency, and executing implementations in line with Diligent’s established Services Strategy methodology.

This role is open to candidates based in Singapore, Australia and New Zealand. Please note that we are unable to provide visa sponsorship, so applicants must already have the legal right to work in their country of residence.
Candidates based in one of our office locations within Singapore, Australia or New Zealand are expected to work from the office at least 50% of the time in line with our hybrid working policy. For candidates based elsewhere within these countries, where we do not have an office, remote working arrangements will be considered.
Here’s a breakdown of what you’ll do (not all of it, just the important stuff):
- Leading multiple end-to-end implementation of Diligent solutions for clients, from project kick-off through to go-live, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Proactively manage portfolio operations, accurate time and scope capture within project, project financials, team utilization, and time management.
- Mobilize the right team resources to ensure projects are delivered successfully, delays and overruns are minimized, and project budgets and delivery efficiencies are actively managed.
- Translating client goals and current processes into clear solution designs and implementation plans that drive tangible governance, risk and compliance outcomes.
- Own RAID management across assigned projects, maintaining clear logs of risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies, driving mitigation plans, and escalating decisions early to keep delivery on track.Aiding and assisting commercial teams both during pre-sales and post-sales to continue to obtain and grow our clientele, ensuring client satisfaction throughout.
- Facilitating engaging client workshops and training sessions, building user confidence and setting customers up for successful adoption.
- Owning project communication and stakeholder management, providing clear status updates, managing expectations and ensuring issues are quickly identified and resolved.
- Monitor project health diagnostics and proactively respond to delivery drift by identifying early warning signs across scope, timeline, budget, resourcing, and customer adoption, then driving corrective action plans.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to Senior Specialists and Specialists on project management, delivery excellence, and customer enablement.
- Identify opportunities to expand Diligent’s product footprint with existing and new customers.Capturing lessons learned and continuously improving our delivery approach, contributing to playbooks, templates and best practices across the Services team.
These are the essentials you’ll need to get an interview:
- 3-5 years of experience in project management, implementation delivery, or operations-focused roles, with strong business acumen and the ability to help customers achieve meaningful business outcomes
- Experience working with technology platforms and complex business processes, with a hands-on, solutions-focused approach
- Experience in leveraging AI to improve project delivery, workflows and operational efficiency
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Behavioural Skills:
- Demonstrated success in operational execution, delivery management, and driving projects through the full lifecycle with a high degree of ownership and accountability.
- Ability to independently lead and manage hands-on projects from initiation through completion.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to lead client workshops, training sessions and implementation projects
- Excellent organisational, prioritisation and communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

- Experience with GRC, board or entity management platforms
- Experience working with global clients and distributed, matrixed teams
- Experience in a platform based products/solutions is an added advantage
- Relevant Professional GRC accreditation (planned, in progress, or obtained) (e.g., CIA, CA, CGA, CMA, CPA, CFE, CISA, CRISC, CISSP etc.)
