Cleaning Personnel

Position Summary

SSG is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Personnel to help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. The ideal candidate is responsible, punctual, and committed to maintaining high cleanliness standards throughout the facility.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize offices, common areas, restrooms, and workspaces.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust designated areas.
• Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly.
• Replenish cleaning and hygiene supplies as needed.
• Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures.
• Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to management.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety and sanitation standards.
• Assist with additional cleaning duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Previous cleaning or janitorial experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting light to moderate weight.

Schedule & Compensation

• Full-time position (48 hours per week).
• Morning and afternoon/evening shifts available.
• One day off during the weekend.
• Net salary: $2,300 MXN per week (after taxes).
