Inside the Role
As a Senior Digital Fleet Specialist on the Aftermarket Digital Experience (ADX) team, you will drive fleet adoption, growth, and satisfaction with Excelerator, DTNA’s premier Aftermarket eCommerce platform. Utilized by our dealers and customers for efficient and streamlined Parts business operations, Excelerator is expanding to incorporate other lines of business including extended warranty and connectivity services.In this role, you will collaborate with fleet procurement, maintenance, and IT teams to understand customer needs, align them with existing solutions, and identify opportunities for future enhancements. Using customer insights and industry expertise, you will help shape product strategy, advocate for fleet requirements, and deliver solutions that improve the customer experience and drive business value.

What You Drive at DTNA
Drive Fleet Adoption and Success with Excelerator Solutions
- Partner closely with National Account Managers (NAMs) and Dealer Parts Managers (DPMs) to identify, convert, and grow fleet participation, with a strong emphasis on Excelerator Connect/Punchout adoption
- Create and continuously improve customer-facing marketing, training, and communication materials.
- Lead customer discovery meetings, product demonstrations, and executive-level discussions that showcase the value of Excelerator and Excelerator Fleet Solutions.
- Support fleet integration initiatives by leveraging established purchasing interfaces with leading fleet management systems (FMS), including TMT/Trimble, Coupa, and Cetaris.
- Facilitate dealer and fleet focus groups to gather feedback, identify opportunities for improvement, and champion enhancements through collaboration with IT and business stakeholders.
- Monitor industry trends and competing digital solutions to ensure Excelerator remains a leading fleet eCommerce platform.
Fleet Onboarding and Project Leadership
- Develop and execute strategic onboarding and rollout plans for national fleet customers.
- Lead cross-functional teams including ADX-IT, Corcentric, and Fleet Purchasing & Maintenance teams to identify requirements and implement onboarding strategies.
- Analyze fleet purchasing workflows and requirements, perform gap assessments, and develop solutions that align with customer needs.
- Manage new fleet implementations from planning through launch, ensuring successful deployment across the dealer network.
- Coordinate dealer communications and conduct training sessions to support fleet onboarding and adoption.
- Oversee Punchout-related projects, including testing, implementation, rollout, ongoing support, and maintenance of functionality enhancements.
Fleet Relationship Management and Continuous Improvement
- Establish and maintain regular business reviews with assigned fleet customers to drive utilization, satisfaction, and long-term engagement.
- Partner with ADX-Integration and ADX-IT to investigate recurring failures, issues, and system errors while identifying trends and recommending corrective actions.
- Collaborate closely across the ADX team to provide consistent communication, training, and support for both dealers and fleet customers.
- Lead testing, validation, and rollout of enhancements to improve fleet processes and user experience.
Project Management
- Plan, coordinate, and successfully execute strategic initiatives and special projects as assigned.
- Manage project timelines, stakeholder communications, deliverables, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful outcomes.
Knowledge You Should Bring
- Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, business management, information technology or other related field, and 4-6 years of relevant experience required, OR 8 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree required.
- Strong project management, leadership, and organizational skills
- Understanding of the aftermarket business and DTNA dealer network
- Background in customer service, technical support, or sales
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and manage multiple priorities
Exceptional Candidates Might Have
- Experience with Excelerator.com, PartsProX, SAP Hybris/Commerce, and Jira
- Experience with a variety of Fleet Management Systems
- Knowledge of fleet procurement and payment processes
- Familiarity with web-based technologies, system integrations, and web services
