A seasoned and inspiring Director of Rooms who will lead the heartbeat of our guest experience—Front Office, Guest Services, and Housekeeping operations. You’ll be the driving force behind service excellence, ensuring every guest interaction reflects Loews Hotels’ commitment to warmth, quality, and care. What You’ll Do:
Lead and mentor Front Office, Guest Services, and Housekeeping teams, creating a positive and high-performing work environment
Oversee daily operations of rooms-related departments, ensuring seamless service and adherence to brand standards
Monitor guest feedback and satisfaction scores; address concerns promptly and effectively
Implement initiatives to enhance guest experiences and operational efficiency
Manage departmental budgets, forecasts, and labor costs to optimize profitability
Collaborate with Revenue Management to set competitive room rates based on market trends
Partner with Sales and Conference teams to fulfill special requests and event needs
Drive training programs that elevate service standards and operational proficiency
Analyze performance metrics and hold managers accountable for results
Coordinate hotel participation in marketing initiatives and promotions
Foster strong interdepartmental communication to ensure smooth operations
Regular attendance in conformance with standards
May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs
Required to attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings
Perform other duties as assigned
Your Qualifications Include:
Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or relevant work experience required
Minimum of six (6) years of progressive experience in hotel management, with at least four (4) years in a leadership role
Experience of hotel management software and systems, preferred Opera System
Master's degree in hospitality management preferred
Knowledge of strategic planning and executing operation improvements preferred
Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis in a hotel setting
Ability to stand for long periods of time required
Ability to work weekends, evening, holidays as necessary/required
