Creole Cuisine Restaurant Concepts is seeking experienced, hands-on Service Managers to join our growing portfolio of restaurants throughout the New Orleans area.

As a Service Manager, you'll lead from the floor — developing your team, creating memorable guest experiences, and helping drive successful restaurant operations. What You'll Do

• Lead front-of-house operations and maintain a strong management presence throughout service
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and take ownership of guest concerns and service recovery
• Coach, train, motivate, and develop front-of-house team members
• Lead pre-shift meetings and support smooth opening, service, and closing operations
• Maintain high standards for hospitality, service, cleanliness, safety, and restaurant appearance
• Support staffing, scheduling, labor management, and other key operational needs
• Partner closely with culinary and restaurant leadership to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Support the General Manager in achieving operational and financial goals
• Lead by example and help create a positive, accountable, and team-focused culture

What We're Looking For

• Restaurant leadership or management experience in a full-service environment
• Strong front-of-house operational knowledge and floor presence
• A genuine passion for hospitality and developing people
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of restaurant financials and labor management
• Ability to remain composed and make sound decisions in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs
