TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
   Create lens & camera performance spec / Level 4
   Create lens & camera optical test spec/ Level 4
   Evaluate optical performance / Level 4
   Review lens and camera module performance/ Level 4
   Correlate lens MTF and DOF performance and camera MTF and DOF performance/ Level 4
   Correlate MTF performance of cameras built by different AA machines/ Level 4
   Analyze customer or perception algorithm optical spec/ Level 4

SOFT SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
