We are hiring for Medical Assistants, Telephone Patient Servce Representatives and Front Office Assistants.

 

The hiring event will take place on Monday, August 31, 2026 from 10:00am-2:00pm.

Responsibilities

Provides nursing assistance and patient care to provide for the comfort, safety and personal needs of patients.  Assists physicians/physician assistants/nurse practitioners in medical office setting.  Performs a variety of patient care duties within the construct of a multidisciplinary patient care team as delegated by physician.  Specific duties and responsibilities assigned to the individual will be determined by the supervising physician(s), clinical staff and Practice Coordinator after competency is established.

Qualifications

REQUIRED

 

Medical Assistants - One (1) year of healthcare experience as a Medical Assistant.

Telephone Patient Service Representatives - 1. High school degree or equivalent. 2. Knowledge of medical terminology and office procedures. 3. Skilled in operating the phone system, computer, fax machine and copy machine. 4. Ability to sort and file materials correctly by alphabetic or numeric systems; Ability to communicate clearly and concisely. 5. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, employees and the public.

Front Office Assistant - 1.High school diploma, equivalent education (GED) or post-secondary education. 2. Two (2) years of experience in a medical office setting.

 

Work Hours (EX:7AM-7PM):

8a-5p
