LOCATION: Southport, FL

REPORTS TO: Chief Operating Officer

RELATED EXPERIENCE: 5 years of building maintenance experience.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Perform routine maintenance on building interior and exterior.
  • Including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry/ drywall, generators, etc.
• Contacts and schedules vendors and contractors for necessary building repairs and emergencies that are outside the scope of routine maintenance.
• Maintains schedule and records of when maintenance has been performed and when next service is due.
• Works in a safe manner and recognizes unsafe situations. Takes appropriate action to ensure safety of themselves and others in the building.
• Assist with office moves, assembling new furniture, and reconfiguring offices or meeting spaces.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
