Job Description:
This job is responsible for performing complex analysis and modeling to minimize loss exposure and negative impacts to the customer experience. Key responsibilities include utilizing a variety of systems such as Excel, SAS, SQL, Tableau, and other relational data bases to provide analytical support on strategies and ensure goals are met. Job expectations include evaluating data to assess potential fraud risk and create mitigation strategies.
Line of Business Job Description:
The primary responsibility of this role within the Credit Assistance Operations Support Team is to develop and support reporting, automation, and process-enhancement solutions that improve operational performance. This position requires hands-on coding experience and proficiency with SQL, VBA, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and development tools such as Visual Studio Code. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, business acumen, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable, technology-driven solutions.
Responsibilities:
Analyzes and interprets large sets of raw data to recommend ways to help the business achieve desired outcomes and make informed business decisions
Defines, gathers, analyzes, and interprets data using applications and technologies to forecast future trends and communicates to leaders and partners the statistical analysis results and predictions
Coordinates the production of product performance reports and updates for senior management
Designs and maintains enhanced SharePoint sites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, VBA, and Visual Studio Code, transforming standard sites into interactive, application‑like experiences (site architecture, lists, libraries, dynamic forms, intuitive layouts).
Create automated processes and custom tools that improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and minimize operational risk.
Write, test, troubleshoot, and maintain code used in business-critical reporting and operational processes.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
Identify opportunities to streamline processes through automation, system enhancements, and data-driven insights.
Serve as a technical resource for reporting, automation, and digital process improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
Must have current Credit Assistance Operations Support experience of 1 year or more
Possess strong analytical mindset, critical-thinking, natural curiosity and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in: JavaScript, SQL, VBA, HTML and CSS, SharePoint Framework, Visual Studio Code, and CoPilot prompting
Ability to clearly document code, testing, controls, and support procedures.
