Job Overview
We are seeking a Quality Engineer to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions through effective testing, automation, and quality assurance practices. The ideal candidate will collaborate with development teams to design, execute, and maintain comprehensive testing strategies in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop test strategies, test plans, and test scenarios for software applications.
- Execute manual and automated testing to ensure product quality.
- Design and maintain test automation scripts using industry-standard tools.
- Configure and manage test environments and support continuous integration processes.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with development teams to improve software quality throughout the development lifecycle.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of quality engineering processes and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of quality engineering principles and software testing methodologies.
- Proficiency in Java, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), and coding standards.
- Experience with Selenium, Appium, and test automation frameworks.
- Good understanding of Agile software development and testing practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Agile or software testing certifications will be an added advantage.
