The Senior Staff Specialist will support PROX project execution for GPSS transformation initiatives, with a focus on AI enablement, automation, productivity improvement, and digital service delivery. The role will coordinate project activities, translate business needs into practical implementation inputs, support testing and rollout, enable stakeholder adoption, and track measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
AI Enablement and Digital Transformation
- Support PROX project execution for global AI, automation, and digital transformation initiatives that improve GPSS productivity, service delivery, and user experience.
- Assess demand trends, recurring service issues, manual effort, and process pain points to prioritise practical AI, automation, and self-service use cases.
- Translate business needs into clear use case requirements, process inputs, test scenarios, rollout materials, and success measures in partnership with PROX, GPSS, and technology partners.
- Coordinate pilots, UAT, rollout, issue resolution, documentation, adoption support, and post-implementation reviews for AI-enabled and digital solutions.
- Drive change readiness by preparing communications, updating knowledge content, developing user guidance, and reinforcing adoption with stakeholders.
- Track productivity, experience, and adoption outcomes to surface insights and shape continuous improvement opportunities.
Productivity Improvement & Process Optimization
- Drive productivity improvements that reduce manual effort, cycle time, rework, and repeat enquiries.
- Analyse workflows and service processes to identify inefficiencies, control gaps, and scalable improvement opportunities.
- Track and report productivity gains through dashboards, trackers, and post-implementation reviews.
- Recommend practical improvements that advance PROX’s continuous improvement and productivity agenda.
Project Coordination & Initiative Execution
- Manage day-to-day project activities across PROX initiatives, including activity planning, milestone tracking, documentation, risks/issues follow-up, and status reporting.
- Prepare project materials including presentations, business case inputs, decision papers, trackers, and post-implementation reviews.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Partner with HR COEs, GPSS leaders, technology teams, and vendors to align requirements, manage dependencies, and support delivery of digital, automation, AI, and self-service initiatives.
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR operations, shared services, transformation, or project execution, with the ability to provide sound professional advisory support.
- Practical exposure to AI, automation, and digital enablement, with the ability to apply tools to improve productivity, service delivery, and user experience.
- Ability to understand AI-enabled workflows, data-driven solutions, and implementation requirements, with a focus on execution, adoption, and measurable impact.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to data quality, structure, accuracy, and insights that support productivity and continuous improvement.
- Comfortable working with dashboards, trackers, operational reports, and project documentation to monitor progress and outcomes.
- Strong coordination and execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple project activities, dependencies, and stakeholder follow-ups.
- Effective communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders across regions, functions, and cultures in a clear and collaborative manner.
- Demonstrated professionalism, judgment, and discretion in handling confidential employee and business information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, collaboration platforms, and AI-enabled productivity tools, with openness to adopting new digital ways of working.
