Description
VISTA Technology Services, Inc. (VISTA) is seeking a Senior Acquisition Logistics Analyst to support the development and implementation of life cycle Integrated Product Support (IPS) strategy and planning for NAVSEA program in all acquisition life cycle stages (new construction to end of life extensions). This position reports on-site a minimum of 3 days a week in Washington, D.C.
Responsibilities:
- Support Life Cycle Sustainment Plan (LCSP) development/execution, product support strategy, and the integration of IPS elements requirements into acquisition decisions and ensure supportability implications are considered early and throughout the acquisition process
- Engage with stakeholders and build relationships with program acquisition, logistics, and field activity teams to facilitate decisions and effectiveness
- Research, analyze, assess and coordinate acquisition logistics program documentation including capabilities documents, acquisition strategy, acquisition decision memorandums, affordability estimates, cost analysis, requirements, Integrated Logistic Sustainment Plans (ILSP), Sustainment Plans, and Spares Plans
- Provide inputs to acquisition products including Statement of Work (SOW), Contract Data Requirement List (CDRL), Life Cycle Sustainment Plan (LCSP), and Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) documentation
- Assist with development and tracking of acquisition logistics documents, action items, risks, and provide senior level status updates and briefs
- Support the development and updating of Provisioning Technical Documentation (PTD), Allowance Equipage List (AEL), and Allowance Parts List (APL) and coordinate material and logistics requirements for fielding, alteration, or repair
- Build strong working relationships with cross functional teams including program management, engineering, fleet and industry to coordinate and support Integrated Product Support (IPS) program execution
- Successfully manage and prioritize multiple projects while working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced program environment
- Travel to government and contractor facilities in Continental United States (CONUS) locations in support of program meetings, reviews, and other activities
Basic Qualifications:
- 10 years of Navy/DoD relevant acquisition and life cycle logistics Integrated Product Support (IPS) program experience
- Experience providing acquisition logistics life cycle support strategy and planning for a Navy ACAT I, II or III level program
- Experience with performance-based logistics, supply chain management, and sustainment metrics
- Experience developing and monitoring Navy/DoD acquisition life cycle logistic plans including Integrated Logistic Sustainment Plan (ILSP), Sustainment Plan (SP), Configuration Management Plan (CMP), Spares Plan
- Proficient using MS Office 365 Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams, SharePoint) to develop program documentation, briefs, and coordinate meetings
- Knowledge of DoD acquisition and sustainment policy, the Adaptive Acquisition Framework (AAF), and the 12 IPS Elements
- Ability and willingness to travel to various locations within the U.S. as needed
- Active DoD Secret Clearance required

- Bachelor Degree preferred
- NAVSEA program office acquisition Integrated Product Support (IPS) life cycle support experience
- Knowledge of unmanned systems
- Acquisition Certifications
Salary at VISTA is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $125,000.00 to $145,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of VISTA's total compensation package for employees.
