Yacht StarShip is looking for energetic, dependable, and guest-focused team members to join our Front of House crew. If you enjoy hospitality, working with people, and being part of a fast-paced team—and want a workplace that’s a little more exciting than the typical restaurant—we’d love to meet you.

Our team delivers memorable dining and event experiences aboard Tampa Bay’s premier dining yachts. From dinner cruises and brunches to weddings, celebrations, and special events, no two shifts are exactly the same.

Current Openings & Starting Pay

Servers — $11.98/hour + Tips
Provide attentive, professional service throughout our cruises, including taking orders, serving food and beverages, anticipating guest needs, maintaining your section, and helping create an exceptional onboard experience.

Server Assistants — $14.00/hour + Tips
Support our service team by assisting with food running, bussing and resetting tables, maintaining clean and organized guest areas, replenishing service items, and helping servers deliver smooth and efficient service.

Bartenders — $19.00/hour + Tips
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while providing friendly, efficient service. Bartenders are responsible for maintaining a clean and organized bar, following responsible alcohol-service standards, and supporting an exceptional guest experience.

Opportunity to Earn More

Team members may have the opportunity to earn additional compensation by voluntarily opting into our Safety-In Program and participating in the company's USCG regulated drug testing consortium program, subject to program eligibility and requirements.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for team members who bring a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and hospitality mindset. Successful candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, communicating with guests and coworkers, following safety and service standards, and working as part of a team.

Because our business operates around cruises, private events, and special occasions, evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required.

Previous restaurant, hospitality, banquet, or bar experience is preferred for Server and Bartender positions, but we also value candidates with the right attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
