Are you a good match?
You have excellent negotiation, problem solving and creativity, good sense of luxury aesthetic and retail operation considerations. You have a good understanding of Visual Merchandizing means methods and materials and related Market best practice. You are organized & with strategic mindset, proactive and capacity to work with others. You master English, and other Asian language(s) would be a plus.
What are we expecting from you?
You will be supporting SEA reports to Visual Merchandising Manager SEA and works closely with boutique teams across Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, and Vietnam to ensure the consistent execution of visual merchandising in accordance with Maison guidelines. The role is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of boutique presentation, supporting an elevated client experience, and ensuring all visual merchandising initiatives align with the Maison's brand strategy and regional objectives. To that extend you will support with:
Ensures the consistent execution of Maison visual merchandising standards across the boutique network by working closely with Regional VM, HQ, and boutique teams. Implement seasonal campaigns, animations, boutique displays, zoning, and new boutique openings, while maintaining boutique excellence through regular visits, staff training, Yoobic follow-up, and reporting.
Oversee the planning and management of VM materials, including forecasting, allocation, replenishment, inventory control, and logistics coordination with Supply Chain, Operations, suppliers, and Regional VM. Manage VM purchase orders, payment processing, and maintain accurate records of VM assets and documentation.
In partnership with Marketing, Communications, Retail, Regional VM, and HQ, support the successful execution of local events, High Jewellery events, pop-ups, and boutique projects. Coordinate VM activities from planning through execution and reporting, ensuring all initiatives are delivered on time, and in line with Maison standards.
