Description
The Regional Manager provides leadership and oversight for community management operations within their area of responsibility. The role involves supervising community managers, supporting client associations, and ensuring compliance with company standards and policies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct monthly performance reviews with associates and address issues or training needs.
• Attend Board of Directors meetings to evaluate staff performance and build rapport with clients.
• Review board packets, financial reports, and correspondence before distribution.
• Audit meeting minutes and ensure compliance with company procedures.
• Oversee and manage litigation involving associations or the company.
• Approve and process payroll and track all legal cases within the area of responsibility.
• Manage the setup, transition, and termination of associations as required.
• Participate in industry committees and company events.
• Collaborate with senior staff on implementing new procedures and strategies.
• Travel to work locations as needed.

Requirements

Supervisory Responsibilities 

• Supervise Community Managers and support staff, ensuring high performance and morale.
• Develop strategies for employee retention and contract stability.

Requirements

• Proven leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience training and educating staff.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a related field.
• College degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Active CAM license required.
• PCAM, CMCA, or AMS certification strongly desired.

• Valid Georgia Driver’s License and state-mandated vehicle insurance.
