Perform the daily operations of Buckets cell to ensure reliability and consistency on the production lines. Including supervision of hourly staff ensuring S-Q-D-C-P priorities are achieved.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the team, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality output.
• Coordinate daily activities and tasks, ensuring all operations are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Monitor employee performance, providing feedback, coaching, and support to foster professional development and resolve any issues.
• Collaborate with other departmental supervisors to align processes and achieve overall production goals.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
• Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling, timekeeping, and reporting.
• Address and resolve operational issues promptly, escalating to higher management when necessary.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• Ability to work 1st Shift (7am-3pm)
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university / college with 2 years experience in manufacturing, engineering, or supply chain discipline OR a High School Diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, or supply chain discipline

Eligibility Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship now or in the future
• This position is 100% onsite position at the GE Vernova - Greenville, SC (Garlington Road) location

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $91,700.00 and $152,700.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.

 

 

Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
