The Opportunity

As a Kinaxis Architect - Supply Chain Consulting Sr. Manager, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing supply chain operations and enhancing end-to-end visibility and collaboration. Within our Operations practice, you will work closely with clients to analyze supply chain processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase responsiveness. Your guidance on technology and data analytics will be crucial in creating a connected and agile supply chain network.

As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and professional network to deliver quality results. You will motivate and coach teams to solve complex problems, applying sound judgment to recognize when to take action and when to escalate. Your ability to develop and sustain diverse and inclusive teams, along with your commitment to excellence, will contribute to the success of our firm.

In this role, you will lead large projects and innovate processes, focusing on achieving results and maintaining operational excellence. You will interact with clients at a strategic level, driving overall project success and providing strategic input into the firm's business strategies. Your influence and skills will be instrumental in delivering impactful solutions and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

- Leading the development and implementation of supply chain strategies to optimize operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Analyzing client supply chain processes to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable strategies
- Collaborating with clients to enhance end-to-end visibility and responsiveness within supply chain networks
- Utilizing supply chain management software to streamline processes and reduce costs
- Providing guidance on technology and data analytics to create agile supply chain solutions
- Managing stakeholder expectations and fostering relationships to drive business performance
- Directing teams through complex supply chain challenges, demonstrating composure in uncertain situations
- Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities within supply chain operations
- Validating outcomes with clients and incorporating feedback to refine strategies and solutions
- Coaching and motivating teams to solve complex problems and achieve operational excellence

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 7 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Health Administration/Public Health, Operations/Supply Chain, Organizational Management/Behavior, Science, Marketing
- At least one of the following: Certified Supply Chain Management Professional (CSCMP), American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS), Institute for Supply Management (ISM)
- Demonstrating advanced skills in supply chain management software
- Leading strategic sourcing initiatives in complex environments
- Innovating processes to enhance operational excellence
- Applying systems thinking to identify opportunities and challenges
- Directing teams through ambiguity with composure and clarity

The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
